Product Return Policies
My goal is to help you achieve your best skin ever, but sometimes for whatever reason your purchase may not be 100% right for you or your skin needs.
I can offer you a 100% refund on products returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and regardless if the product is opened or used. Follow the steps below.
- Email me at info@skinessence.ie stating reason for return and attaching proof or purchase. All returns must be pre approved.
- Please title the email RETURNS
- Should you experience a skin response please contact me within 48 hours to discuss.
- I will make contact within 2 working days to advise the next steps in processing your return.
Salon Policies
- When booking appointments, please notify us of any special requirements
- If you are running late, kindly inform us and we will do our best to accommodate you and insure you receive the full treatment you had originally booked for.
- All Consultations are free of charge.
- Discount available on all courses paid in advance.
- All courses valid for one year from date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
To insure that each of our client’s gets the very best treatment at the time that suits them most we have introduced a cancellation policy in Skin Essence. A small deposit between €15 and €50 (depending on value of booking) is taken with each booking valued over €30.This will be deducted from the price of treatment upon payment. However in the event of a cancellation or non attendance for appointment with less then 24hrs notice the deposit is taken in full .
Above policy applies to courses also, if required notice is not given treatment will be deducted from course.
Text message reminders and email booking confirmations are sent out to all pre-booked appointments so please check we have the correct number and email address for you.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a booking with Skin Essence please give us at least 24hrs notice.
In the event of a booking being rescheduled on the day of original booking you will incur a €15 charge, which will be deducted from the bookings original deposit.

Terms and conditions of purchasing products.
Set out below are the terms and conditions of which we will supply products listed on the following website SkinEssence.ie to you the consumer.
A contract for any products which you purchase using the site will be between you and Skin Essence (T/A MK Beauty Treatments ltd) registered to 3rd floor no.27 South Anne Street D02XY89.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any products on this site. You should understand that by purchasing produts on this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and should record a copy for future referance.
By purchasing products from Skin Essence you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are over 18 years old.
After placing an order you will receive an email from us which will include an invoice for your goods.2.1 After placing an order, You will receive an e-mail from Us which will include an invoice for the goods You have ordered. Please note that this does not mean that an order has been accepted. An order from You constitutes an offer to Us to buy Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Us, and the contract (“Contract”) will only be formed when We dispatch the goods.
The Contract will relate only to those Products which We have dispatched. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of Your order.
By initially accepting an order, Skin Essence is under no obligation to supply the Products ordered. No additions or changes may be made to an order once placed. Products will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed on the Site, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
You will be notified by email when Your order has been dispatched. Details of the Products We have sent You will be listed in the email. We will automatically refund You for any Products we are unable to supply.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided to Us when You place Your order on the Site. Any delivery dates suggested are estimates only, and We are not liable for any losses caused by late delivery or non-delivery.
The Products will be at Your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to You when the goods are delivered to the address You requested when ordering.
Price and Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on the Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT, but exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect any orders You have placed prior to the date of the change and which We have accepted. We will however, endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any price increases.
Payment for all Products must be by credit/debit card, PayPal or Klarna. We accept payment by MasterCard, Switch, VISA, PayPal & Klarna. We will charge your chosen payment method, prior to dispatching goods.
For Products that arrived damaged We will offer You a replacement and refund You the cost of returning the Product to Us.
